Selling your home for top dollar depends on good presentation.
In this video I briefly discuss tips for showing your home at its best when you have pets. It can be a little more work, but I’ve helped lots of families manage pets while selling, you can do it too!
Because buyers may have allergies or simply be afraid of pets, it’s important to minimize their presence while selling. This starts with a very thorough cleaning. Next put away all pet paraphernalia for showings and open houses. Lastly, take pets with you when you leave for a showing, or confine them to a set area in the house. Sometimes cats are so scarce they’ll never be seen, but still make sure your Realtor puts a note on your listing that they are there and if kitty is to stay indoors.
